Commissioned to initially format the book “A History of the Church of Saint James Clerkenwell” for print. There was an opportunity to develop and lead a further cultural experience – a way to share discoveries and invite others to connect with Clerkenwell’s layered identity.
Participants were guided through the streets, uncovering hidden stories and architectural gems. Afterwards, they were encouraged to reflect on and express their personal connections to the area through collage and storytelling, weaving together their unique perspectives.
“Pattern & Place” celebrates the interconnectedness of history, architecture, and community, inviting you to uncover the hidden patterns that shape Clerkenwell’s identity and discover your own place within the metropolis.
